I yanked and pulled on various parts and wasn't seeing any movement, I'll need to rev the engine and watch for movement next time. If it a stripped head on the bolt or nut, vice grips are your friend. Then go back with new hardware. If it is crossthreaded, back out the bolt and chase it with a tap. Last night, I discovered that the firewall motor mount was not tight.
