Just a quick point...

The official title of the award is The Matt Kempe Award for Spirit and Enthusiasm.

IMHO the award should continue to have the full official name on it.  In discussion it makes sense to just call the Matt Kempe award.  Let's not lose sight of it's meaning though.

I'm so glad that the award is still given.  I have some misgivings about it becoming about honoring the fallen, but in point of fact, I think Matt would like that.

Well done everyone for keeping the spirit alive.
