Does anyone know a contact for Nissan's sales & distribution organization in the midwest?

A friend of of mine just bought a Juke from a dealership here in Chicago
and had quite a bad experience with them....all of this taking place *after
*she'd done the deal on the car, and before they actually delivered it to
her. Kind of a shame, since she likes the car a lot but the experience of
actually getting the thing delivered was a bit absurd. She'd like to write
someone at Nissan (not the dealership!) to relate her experience, something
that I think will only help, even if it is mostly in a cathartic way. May
be a long shot, but it doesn't hurt to ask.
