91 NX2000 low miles - worth picking up?

Good news - the seller agreed to $3200 for the 91 NX2K w/68k miles - not bad!
 
I'll pick it up next weekend, and make the beautiful drive back north up the 101 (southern Cal all the way to Bellingham...)  Hope we have a little "t-tops out" weather...
 
This will be my 5th NX2000 - 2 were totalled (grrrr teenage sons), one still being driven, and one I sold to someone on the list...
