B14 preemptive maintenance

I have a daily driver '95 SE-R that just rolled 200k miles.  I am planning to change hoses, coolant, thermostat and belts this weekend and would like some feedback on other normal wear items I should change preemptively (water pump.  I have performed all the maintenance on this car for the last 16 and other than the occasional broken part, it has been very solid.  It does now have rust in the passenger A pillar.  I am poor since my wife lost her job so no big brake kits or the like.  Any help would be appreciated.
