Speaking of Shorts

While we're on the topic of shorts, my NX started blowing the fuse for the
instrument panel lights.  Not the gauges, just the lights (and I think the
running lights as well) the fuse blows as soon as I turn the headlights on.
Any ideas of what to look at first?
