DET water pump compatibility

Hi y'all,

I'm finally getting to some maintenance on my G20 that I've put off all 
winter (since my garage isn't heated). It isn't the most urgent, but the 
PS pump probably needs replacing, as the car has a pretty constant moan 
that is characteristic of a PS pump that is beginning to go. I happen to 
have a spare PS pump from a DET that I got along with some other parts 
from  a list member many years ago. I do remember that the outlet 
fitting (for the low-pressure hose that runs up to the banjo fitting at 
the cowl) is oriented differently, but I don't remember how, nor do I 
know without trying it whether I can twist the low-pressure hose around 
to fit. Either the outlet is pointed in a different direction, or the 
anti-rotation feature is in a different place, or both. Can anyone who 
has fitted a DET pump to a DE tell me whether I can make it fit, or do I 
need to get creative?
