Wassup with se-r.net ?

My company GFOS who owns se-r.net is in turmoil.  Mike
Young is suing me for 7 million dollars over the whole
NPM, se-r.net motoIQ thing because he is angry that he
was not going to be an equal partner in motoIQ.

The whole company is ruined, GFOS is broke because of
the lawsuit and he is coming after me personaly
outside of the corporation for 7 million.

He is crazy.  We should actualy take up a collection
for my legal defense because it is ruining me
finacialy.  I offered him the entire company but he
feels that he is entitled to every thing I ever did
and will do.
