1993 SE-R w/ rod knock on seattle CL

hey now....  Mine was black and so is my step Dad's current 1991 (in my shop 
right now getting a new 5th gear..).

Some one should low ball him and get it cheap.  If the crank hasn't banged 
it's way past the babbit, you could just pop a new rod bearing set in it and 
have a daily driver or pass it on to another SE-R fanatic....  instead of 
seeing it go for parts...  Bearings are around $35 for the 4 rods....  
Pretty easy to get the pan off with the engine in the car and pop number 3 
rod cap and see whats up.
