Do you mean that you feel the pebble because the springs
are so stiff (little to no suspension travel)?
Or do you mean that the pebble causes the suspension
to travel up over the pebble and then back down after it has
managed the pebble, but after this, it continues to travel up and down
a couple times (bouncing)?
