Go into power balance and shut down one cyclinder at a time and take note if
one cylinder when you shut it down doesn't change the misfire.   If that is
the case attack that cylinder for fuel and spark issues.

Still sounds like ignition or injector problem to me.  I forget if you said
if the wires/cap rotor were new or not.  Since you have the race car swap
one part piece by piece.
