Lube delivery to head

My wife's 95 SE-R is having lube problems on the cams - it squeals right when you start driving, or shortly after start up. No, not starter squeal. At it's worst there was knocking at the head. I pulled the cover and found scoring on the exhaust cam, just in the center (was it cyl 2 or 3?). Pulled the oiling rails and cleaned them. Any other suggestions?
