strange hesitation

Duh I meant quicker then cleaning the EGR crap.  Usuall 3K is the point EGR
starts to stubmle the motor pretty noticeably.  Mine is disabled again.  I
cleaned the crap out of it once and it worked good for about a year then
clogged up again.
