Did you clean the EGR and BPT stuff while you were at it?  Did you
reset your timing?  You may simply need to reground your MAF sensor if
you haven't already.  Then there's the other "usual" stuff; reset base
idle (necessary when cleaning EGR), checking the TPS sensor, and other
items on the SE-R maintenance FAQ.
