Cavitation is the issue. Cavitation is localized boiling. Cooling is the
secondary issue. Fix the cavitation and you've fixed the problem. If you
don't fix the cavitation you can treat the symptom by cooling the fluid more.
The orifice the coolant must pass through when pumped is tight and has
sharp corners. Open that up some and smooth it out some and you can reduce
the cavitation. Beware lowering the pressure too much though.
