There are two other bleeder locations other than the thermostat. There's
one on the block behind the exhaust manifold and another up high (the
coolant line) on the firewall. I don't have pictures to show the exact
locations though. Also, if you're on the original water pump and
radiator and the car is somewhere around 200k I would replace both.
