List Member Non-Payment

All,
	It pains me to have to report this but a list member I sent $170 to almost
two months ago has not sent the item and is not responding to my e-mails or
phone calls.  His name is Scott Phipps, mailto:mlphipps21 at tntech.edu and he
listed the item on the SE-R ads web site.  Yes, It looks as if he is a college
student and most colleges have let out.  I just wanted to put out a warning
and, maybe, a feeler for someone that might know him to get on him to send the
part I bought from him.  He does, also, have another item listed for sale on
the site and I would suggest not purchasing anything from him until he makes
things right with me.  I will let you all know if and when this matter is
remedied.  Thanks...this is a great group...except for this guy!
