It seems it's a version number.  As the B13/14 are RS5F32V.

I can tell you that the last letters can be:

A=open diff
V=viscous diff
H=helical diff

Are you sure the R = reverse?  Some vehicles say FS.  Orientation maybe?

There is also a W for the front or rear drive code. Not sure what W means
it's not 4 wheel drive.  Only the KA24DE trucks seem to have the W code
others have R.

Oh and if you wanted to know the CVT is RE0F09A.  Hehe 0 gears. :)
