Clutch Cable bracket adjustment or slotting. (Poll)

Who here had to slot their clutch cable brackets  or use a 1.6 cable to get
adjustment out of it just say "Me".

Those who have not slotted or adjusted their clutch cables to get adjustment
please say "Not me" and explain why you did not and what clutch you are
running?

I am asking because lately everyone I know is doing this and there is no real
explanation as to why we have to do this.
