Crossmember bolt question

For those of you who stripped a crossmember bolt, espically the rears, how did
you fix it? I have gone thru 3 bolts and the left rear crossmember bolt keeps
dropping back down. What is the solution? An oversized bolt maybe? Tap and
Die?

Also. anyone here break the tackwelds on the upper passenger motor mount
bracket? All 4 of mine are up causing the engine and front end to rock during
shifts? What was the fix for that?
