True to a point.... A = the area between the turbine and the housing... A
bigger wheel with a smaller A/R can spool faster than a smaller wheel with a
bigger AR... Example, my T60 .58 will spool faster than my buddies T04
.80...

As far as R, that's radius of the exhaust turbine, not area of the housing.
As R increases, so does total pressure with the caveat, like A, that lag
increases since your wheel has more mass.
