Sounds to me like the pad material needs to heat up. Axxis metalmasters for
stock B13 SE-R applications will behave much like this from a cold start.
It's a byproduct of increasing performance under more extreme conditions.

Of course anyone else with the factory Brembos should reply to this and
state if they have the same issue.
