Clutch Replacement Question

I meant to ask this when I posted my clutch destruction question, what
do you use on the input shaft spline and clutch release lever? The FSM
says to use lithium-based grease including molybdenum disulphide. When
you ask for this at parts stores, they look at you like Homer staring at
you in silence (blink........blink).  Is the dealer the only source for
this lubricant?
