I don't think that the S14/S15 engine in question here has a distributor
at all.  The later Silvias with VCT (not to be confused with NeoVVL) that
*I* have distributorless (COP?) ignitions fired by a crank angle sensor
trigger.

Dunno.  I'm a monkey.  If somebody had a CONSULT, it should be pretty
trivial, but that often costs money, too.
