200SX seem to have this common problem with the line leaking fluid out at the PS fluid resevoir. Also as U mentioned the tie rod boot is ripped. If U see fluid leaking out of there, that is bad- U will need a new rack. It should NOT leak fluid out of there. Mike Jez
