JWT PP

The problem is all of you are proably not adjusting
the cable right.  See if you have play in the cable
and if you do, move the locknut to the other side of
the bracket so you can get about 10mm more cable pull.

If you don't have play, then something proably really
is wrong with the PP.  Then your can return it under
warranty.

The JWT clutch is one of the best ones on the market
for streetablity and power handling capabilty.
