I am trying to check the PCV valve on my '91 Classic. Can someone confirm that at idle, with the PCV hose removed from the valve I should have vacuum on the VALVE? For some reason, I have vacuum the other way, i.e. on the end of the hose. I am wondering whether a) I misread the manual, or b) the valve is in fact malfunctioning. TIA Dan
