HELP! My cat peed in my car, how do I get the smell out!

My cat peed on the dashboard of my car and now I can't get the smell out!
She peed right where the passenger airbag sits so it seeped around the edges
of it and down into whatever crevices there is. The smell is GODAWFUL! It
made my eyes tear when I got in it the next day. So far all I've done is get
those spray enzymes supposed to get rid of the smell but so far no dice.
Anyone have any idea on how to solve this? On the bright side, if I have to
remove the entire dash, I have a spare from my parts car :) Thanks for any
replies.
