Totally disagree, if he can actually do a job in 45min that takes most 9hrs,
why should he charge for a 45min job?  You sure wouldn't pay someone 20hrs
of labor if it should have been a 9hr job would you?  It's what's
accomplished that counts.  Will agree that the books can be way off though.
That's what bargaining is for.
