Fog light help, PLEASE.

I'm so sorry. I wrote the previous message three times until
it finally made it through. I meant that I replaced the "relay"
no resistor. There are no wires touching that I can tell. Everything
looks factory but the relay is making that buzzing whine.  Again,
I'm sorry for the misinformation. I am embarassed of my mistake.
Please remember, this is a early SE-R (1/91) and the fog lights were
port installed.
