You will need a bigger MAF(you can get a bored out stock one). 370cc
injectors have gotten up to around 280 whp when running at 4bar of fuel
pressure (vs. the stock 3 bar). To do this, the easiest thing to do it get a
Nismo Fuel Pressure Regulator and you'll need a bigger fuel pump regardless of
fuel pressure in order to reach your HP goals (walbro 255). The Walbro 255
comes in a high pressure version or something and many people have had the
fuel pressure go up when using the stock fuel pressure regulator, so you might
want to get the Nismo one anyway. And to run 4 bar, you'll need the ecu
programmed for it. This is probably what I'd do, GTi-R manifold, turbo (t28),
injectors (444cc I think?), Nismo FPR, Walbro pump, S3 cams and gears (to take
out the overlap), a bored out MAF or Cobra MAF, JWT ecu programmed for that
stuff running at 4 bar fuel pressure. And the 3" exhaust, etc. I think this
should put you 280whp quite comfortably. Don't forget the brakes and clutch
though!
