Just picked up a wrecked 99 Sentra SE-L AUTO

Ok, so I bought me a parts car and I'm gonna swap all the go fast stuff onto
my 98 Sentra SE from this 99 Sentra SE-L AUTO. I have a couple of questions:

1. Can the Stillen front strut tower bar be repaired? It's slightly bent
from the car being hit on the right front.
2. It has a JWT ECU w/ S3 program but since it was a 99, he got an older ECU
(I think he said 96, Mervyn is that right?) and rewired some stuff to make
it work. The car is AUTO so will it work in my car, which is a manual?

Again, thanks for any help and if anyone wants some parts off it, lemme
know. Mostly stock though as I'm taking all the aftermarket stuff.
