wheel noise.

I noticed this weekend that when I cut the wheel all the way to the right I
get a kind of grating noise as I go forward at slow speeds. Any one ever
have this happen? I think the tire may be rubbing on something but not sure
what. Or maybe the wheel rubbing some how on the dust shield. Has the come
up before? Most of the similar topics on search where wheel bearings but it
is not a clicking sound either. Not the CV, that was replaced in OCT.
