Swap Almost Done, Need Advice

He had neglected to plug the hole with the small hose right near the
throttle body and he had his Idle adjust screw adjusted the wrong way.

Plugged the hole and adjusted the idle and everything is fine now.

PS thanks Geo, the trick with the PCV hose told me what to look for right
off the bat.
