groan/creaking noise

I get this groan/creaking noise that is coming
from the front passenger side. Its noticeable
when making right turns. Also when going over
some bumps it will make a metallic thumping or
tapping noise.

Ive taken a look under my car, and havent been
able to see anything wrong. Ive checked the
archives, and noticed others have had this problem
but no solutions are mentioned. Any ideas what
could be causing it?
