Clean the throttle body with carbcleaner, most likely its all carboned up and thats why its sticking- when cold right ?? My 01 Max needs the throttle body cleaned up also but it seems to be only sticking when the engine is cold- after that the coolant goes through the throttle body and warms up the carbon-sludge.... the TB opens fine.
