Yes, it seem like they are limiting the comption to
only street registered car which rules out the cup
cars as well.

Since the turbo cars are gone, proably the fastest,
best handling cornering and braking NA street SE-R's
belong to Shu, Me and maybe a few others.  Let me tell
you those cars are no match for a tyical run of the
mill hybrid civic with a decent driver.

I mean Mike Yepes in his B powered hatch can smoke my
street car even though it makes way more power than my
cup car.  I can easily reel him in with a cup car but
tremember, thats a fully prepped race car vs a street
regsited car.  Franklin Lin can do the same thing.

To even have a chance it would take something like my
red car with Sheening Lin drving it to even think of
doing well.  Or Shaggys car with better throttle
response with a smaller turbo and better suspension
and brakes or Louis Anaya's car with better suspension
and brakes, or Jeff Nayret or Andris Lavins cars.
