Jay you are not the only one. I am also having the same problem with
pretty much the same configuration as yours except that I am running C1
cams.
I have the standard JWT POP program, and my ecu keeps showing the Crank
Angle Sensor code. After clearing the codes with an ODB2 scan tool
the CAS code comes up a few mins later and the EGR and rear O2 a short
while after. My ecu is currently en route to JWT for the C cam
program, I am also getting some resistors/simulators for the rear O2
and EGR temp sensor. Please keep me posted with your progress and I
will also let you know if the improved idle helps with my car. I don't
really feel like buying another distirbutor/CAS if I don't have to.

My theory is that the car lopes so much to the point
that the ECU thinks the car is misfiring and I am
getting an MIL. Turning the idle adjustment screw on
the AAC valve barely affects the idle speed at all
anymore.
Can anyone comment or share info about this? Perhaps
other have run into the same issues with the C series
cams and JWT ECU.
