A few of us SoCalers have them, or some variant (FIAMM, etc.) &
personally I just bumped up the existing blade fuse to 15 AMP, for the
OEM horn it's 10 IIRC.

As someone mentioned, the truck horns are a nice, cheap & quick plug &
play upgrade.  You can also try your local parts store, the "conch" (as
in sea shell) type all pretty much sound beefy, & again most are made by
the same Italian manufacturers.
