tire diameter effects on bottoming out (and winter tires)

I've got 185/60-14 Dunlop Graspic winter tires on their 3rd season, dry
traction is pretty poor (compared to regular tires), but they are great in
the snow. I also have a set of 195/55-14 Dunlop SP8000's, both sets mounted
on OE Classic wheels with Tokico/Prokit/ST setup. The suspension bottoms
out much more often with the SP8000's because of the stiffer sidewall, much
nicer ride with the winter tires.
Strange I don't see the Graspic on Tire Rack's website. I got mine and also
got a set for my girlfriend a few months ago from them, I think around $42
or $44 each. I would stick with 185/60 snow tires, the sidewalls roll over
enough, I would think 185/75 would roll over even more.
