Adjust the door hinges and strike plate so the door latches flush with the
exterior body.  IIRC, the light switch has a long threaded body so you can
adjust it, then lock it down with a jam nut.  Try gently pulling back the
boot to see if it's adjustable from outside;  I think it is.
