Man that's allot of codes! Help!

Not sure on B14s... not many of them JDM equipped like the B13s... but on my
B13 I can remove the MAF, O2, TPS, and idle air controll valves and the
engine will still run. It will run shitty as hell and won't rev up past
2500RPM... but the check engine light will not come on nor will it set a
code.  I never seen the check engine light come on in my SE-R, only on start
ups. With a Cali spec ECU I got for back up I get a EGR temp sensor code and
check engine light, but once again... no other codes.
