Tire balancing

I have a classic, 94 SE-R.  I have 15-inch wheels.  I'm planning to get some
other ones.  The ones I have weight 20 pounds each, plus when they get
balanced all the weights have to go on the inside because there's no 'lip' on
the outside to clip weights on.  This generally makes for a half-ass balance
job.

I've seen some nice looking wheels advertised, that appear to have a 'lip' on
the outside just like the old steel wheels so that balancing weights can be
attached inside OR outside.  Do forged / aluminum wheels exist to fit the B13
that will allow weights to be mounted on the outside of the wheel ?
