The CV joints should have nothing to do with wandering, but its good that they
are OK.
Tie rods are a biggie, but you might also check:
-Wheel bearings
-Suspension bushings
-Steering rack bushings
-Ball joints
-Check the rear suspension alignment too, make sure it is squared up with the
front.
