I know what to say.  Everyone with kids, buckle them up!  This really
can't be stressed strongly enough.

I've got two very wild boys, but they don't let the car move unless
they're buckled in.  Parents that don't buckle their kids I have
absolutely no respect for.  I've called the cops on more than a few
cars I've seen that had kiddies bouncing around in the back seat.
Better than losing an arm, or their life.
