b13 rear stb update

The first aluminum version is done!

It is solid. Total weight = 4.8 lbs.
It fits pretty well - just have a few dimensions to tweak.
I'm going to make a 7/8" hex center bar also, that will
be about 0.9 pounds less, save $ and should be rigid
enough.
