One question about it Geo....

You say you purposly made it beefy as to not be as likely to break as the
T's are.  But it having its own heft, then add the heft of a big sending
unit...wouldn't that still leave it a tad susseptable(?Spelling i know i
suck) to snapping right at the threads?  Know there probaly havent been one
or two of them made just yet so there isn't tons of tests with them.  But
something Ive thought would help and please smack me if its too stupid.

Been a while since i have been under there so dont remember deminisons.  But
ive always thought a brace going down to the block, or up to the intake
mnaifold brace to help suport the weight would be nice.  Something like
this.

May be stupid, maybe overkill.  But you have the heavy stuff out on the end
of a lever...so it adds up quickly.  I believe your stuff is quality, race
proven, and well engineered.  Im just one for overengineering.  Would have
to make the brace bolt into say one of the holes taped but not all the way
in so no leakage.  Or maybe make it a rest type deal that you can pass a zip
tie around so not having to worry about where to screw it together at.
cause it couldnt be a one piece, welded together or you couldnt screw it on.
I would just think that bouncing roads might still give it the oppertunity
to break.  Not having seen the thickness of the walls on the part that
screws into the block is a major thing i dont know too.  So it probaly is
plenty strong enough...but you know what im saying.
