Yes...

The Nuespeed bar you refered to is sorta wierd, they don't have the
trianglation quite right in my opinion.  Our cars are different we have
suspension mounts in the middle of the car not just on the ends like the VW.
The b13 looks to be a better bet for trianglation.  Stay tuned, right now I
have a cross section cut from a b13 ( seat back area and suspension mounts )
sitting in my cellar to use to fab a trianglated bar.
