gti-r questions??

i am having problems checking the timing on this gti-r swap in 92-se-r....the
crank pulley jumps around when checking the timing!( and yes i have the tps
un plugged)...you cant get a good reading....the car @ idle running rich and
as soon as you give it gas it bogs and the air/fuel gauge goes to lean....
this car has a jwt ecu 3 bar 72lb msd inj's 300zx tt pump. turbonetics
t3-t04e 50trim....adj fpr set @ 45psi...the car also has msd igntion and
coil....
