WHEN will I get my parts???

I hate to post this here, but I'm at a loss...  Slightly over a month
ago, I responded to a "for sale" on the 'sr20deforum' site.  I'm not
actually a registered user of that site (and so have never posted
there), but I lurk
there and read from time to time.

The person (who I will leave unnamed, for now) who had the items for
sale is, I believe, a long time member of this list.  I sent him a money
order immediately after seeing the ad, and he responded to me that he
had received it on 9/3/02 and would be shipping the parts that week.  So
I waited for them.

And waited, and waited, then waited some more.

Eventually, after tiring from waiting, I called him on approx. 9/30/02.
He told me that he had been quite busy, and thanked me for reminding
him, and assured me that he would ship the parts the following day.

As of today, 10/7/02, I have not received the parts, nor any word on
when I will or why I haven't.  Now, I consider myself a fairly nice
fellow, and reasonably patient.  But I think having to wait over a month
is a bit unreasonable.

Hopefully, my parts will arrive soon.  I'd prefer to give this person
the benefit of the doubt, even though the doubt is quickly
overtaking....
